How commercial is priced
By quote, after a site walk, because commercial rooflines involve lifts, parking control, and after-hours work that a per-foot table can't see. The lease still drops 10% in year two and locks at 30% off from year four. If you have last year's invoice from another company, bring it and we'll show you the five-year picture next to it.
