How leasing works
We own the lights. You own the view.
The old way: buy a set, climb a ladder, store a tangle, buy again in five years. The lease is one number a year, and it gets smaller.
What the year looks like
- October. You get a quote. We measure the roofline off a photo or a visit and cut the set to it.
- Install day. A crew hangs the set in one visit, plugs in the timer, and tests every bulb after dark.
- The season. Something goes out, you text us, it's fixed within 48 hours. No invoice.
- January. We take it down, label it, and store it. You don't touch a ladder.
- Next October. Same set, same house, 10% less. We re-hang it and the year starts over.
The price curve
Year 1 is the full price from the table. Year 2 is 10% less. Year 3 is 20% less. Year 4 is 30% less, and that's the floor. Every year after year 4 is the same number, in writing, no matter what happens to our costs or what new customers pay.
A 120-foot single-story front runs $940 in year one and $658 from year four on.
